Huan Tran, Chairman & Lieu Tran, CFO
Huan and Lieu co-foundered Vitron Electronic Services in 1985. Over the past 35 years, Vitron sustained strong and stable growth due to its solid reputation for servicing the niche electronics market. Vitron proudly maintains manufacturing support for its very first customer. Huan and Lieu completed the merger of Vitron into Omega EMS in early 2020. Both maintain key roles and will continue the drive for excellence within Omega EMS.
Chris Alessio, President & CEO
Chris has over 25 years of experience in the Electronics Industry encompassing Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales. He has organized, participated, and led management teams within organizations which have seen significant revenue growth and more importantly increased customer satisfaction. Most recently, Chris was an integral member of the Executive Management Team which grew Hunter Technology to $80M in annual sales and fulfilled a successful acquisition via Sparton EMS in 2015. Chris holds a BS in Operations Management from Penn State University and an MBA from San Jose State University.
Aakar Patel (President of Omega Green Power Corp.)
Mr. Patel has over 20 years of experience in Executive roles in the energy storage and related sectors. Beginning his career at Duracell Batteries. Mr. Patel is the CEO of TeckQuest, where he has brought to market over 50 revenue-generating energy storage products and acted as a consultant to several leading household consumer brand companies. Previously, Mr. Patel was the CEO and President of Leyden Energy, an innovative US battery cell manufacturer. 7 Patents awarded.
Hassan Malak, Vice President of Sales
Hassan started out in sales with NBS Design, Inc. in 2007 and contributed to the company’s solid growth. Hassan was one of the 3 sales managers that increased the revenue of NBS from $15M to $40M in the span of 4 years. With the acquisition of NBS by Hunter Technology, Hassan took the role of Business Development and Manager of Programs where he managed the day to day activities and helped lead a team of 8 Program Managers. He has extensive knowledge in the NPI field, product development and making sure things are documented and done right from the start to ensure a smooth build strategy. Hassan has worked with Fortune 50 companies and many start-ups. Hassan left Hunter after the acquisition by Sparton Corp. in 2015 and started Omega EMS. Hassan attended San Jose State University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Concentration.
Phil Aguiar, Vice President of Operations
Phil has been in the EMS industry since 2007 when he started working for NBS Corp. Phil is not only very detail oriented but he also has a strong background in early stage operation support. He has worked with many companies to support their growth from schematic level design all the way through production ramp. Phil was part of the sales team that took NBS from $15M to $40M. During the Hunter acquisition of NBS, Phil took the role of Manager of Programs and Business Development where he helped oversee the day to day activities along with the 8 Program Managers that reported into him. In addition, he supported the operations and quality organization as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all programs, process related activates and all ISO/customer audits. Phil left Hunter after the acquisition by Sparton Corp. in 2015 and started Omega EMS.
Ian Grover, Vice President of Engineering
Ian has over 20 years of experience in the contract manufacturing industry including hands-on and leadership roles in Finance, Sales, Design, and Manufacturing. He has successfully driven hundreds of projects from design, through prototype, to volume manufacturing. Ian recently held a key Executive Management role with Hunter Technology where his contributions aided in the company acquisition by Sparton EMS in 2015. Ian’s robust foundation provides for exceptional participation and direction as Omega’s VP of Engineering. Ian holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara
Daniel Tran, Director of Mfgr Operations
Daniel has 13 years of experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Industry. He joined Vitron in 2007, while under his strong leadership and teamwork, Vitron has grown into a leading contract manufacture in the Silicon Valley with a focus on customer service, quality, and on time deliveries. He is directly responsible for daily operations which allows him to work alongside team members to maintain company efficiency. His ability to quickly analyze problems within the company and make upright decisions holds him in a key role for success. Daniel graduated from San Jose State with a B.S. in Business Management.
Viet Nguyen, Director of Quality
Viet has over 15 years experience in Quality Assurance and ISO Quality Management Systems. Viet is a self starter that pays close attention to details and deadlines. Viet holds many certifications and focus areas of expertise including Internal Audit, Lean & Six Sigma, IPC-610, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Document Control and Team Leadership. Viet has audited Quality Management Systems as well as implemented Quality Management Systems within several EMS companies throughout his career. Viet holds a BS in Computer Science from ITU University
